Dr Olufunmilayo Alice Mafimidiwo is a distinguished Nigerian electrical engineer with a rich career spanning over three decades. Since beginning her engineering journey in 1989, she has made significant contributions to the electrical, power, and oil/gas sectors. Her accomplishments include pioneering and consolidating business operations for various engineering projects with Mobil Producing Nigeria Limited (now ExxonMobil) during her tenure at Cakasa.

Dr. Funmi Mafimidiwo earned her PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu- Natal, South Africa, in 2016. She is a prolific scholar with over twenty-five published journals and conference proceedings, as well as several authored books. Her research interests encompass facilities engineering management, green building technology, solar energy systems (including photovoltaic and concentrated solar energy), and power system engineering.

A registered member of numerous prestigious engineering bodies both in Nigeria and internationally—including SAIEE, COREN, NSE, NIEEE, NIFEngM, APWEN, OWSDW, INWES, and SWE—Dr. Mafimidiwo brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to BAM Associates. In her role, she oversees engineering design, quality control, and assurance, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Beyond her professional achievements, Funmi enjoys research collaboration, networking, reading, and travel. She is dedicated to maintaining high standards of engineering excellence and is happily married with children.

Mrs. Olukemi Elizabeth Odujole is a seasoned professional in the fields of quantity surveying, cost management, and value engineering, with over twenty-two years of industry experience. She holds a Master of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Lagos, a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from Joseph Ayo Babalola University, and a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos.

As a corporate member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS) and a Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN), Olukemi has demonstrated her commitment to professional excellence and continuous development. Throughout her career, she has held key roles such as Senior Quantity Surveyor, Chief Estimator, and Cost Manager.

For the past seventeen years, Olukemi has been a valuable asset to BAM Associates and its subsidiaries. She has played an integral role in numerous major projects for both the private and public sectors, showcasing her expertise in cost planning, project management, and value engineering. Her extensive practice experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities of the built environment.
